How to use
1) How to use with a chemical service:
- Turn the trigger to the "on" position. Section dry hair into 4 quadrants.
- Apply 6-10 sprays of K18 pro chelating hair complex per quadrant*.
- After chelating**, wait 4 minutes (do not rinse) and then apply a minimum of 10 full sprays of K18 professional molecular repair hair mist to each quadrant, increasing up to 20 sprays per quadrant as needed, depending on the client's length, density, and level of damage.
- Wait 4 minutes (do not rinse).
- If needed, dry the hair before applying lightener or colour. Then perform your desired technique.
- Process your lightener or colour as usual, then rinse and shampoo with K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ detox shampoo. Do not use conditioner.
- Follow with the K18 professional molecular repair hair mask as directed to complete the molecular repair service.
2) How to use as part of a styling service or as part of a standalone K18 molecular repair service:
- Section dry hair into 4 quadrants.
- Apply 6-10 sprays of K18 pro chelating hair complex per quadrant*.
- After chelating**, wait 4 minutes, then rinse and shampoo with K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ detox shampoo. Do not use conditioner.
- Towel dry the hair and then apply a minimum of 10 full sprays of K18 professional molecular repair hair mist to each quadrant, increasing up to 20 sprays per quadrant as needed, depending on the client's length, density, and level of damage.
- Wait 4 minutes and then apply 1-3 pumps of K18 professional molecular repair hair mask according to the client's hair length and density, starting at the ends and working towards the roots.
- Wait 4 minutes and then apply 1-3 drops of K18 molecular repair hair oil to the mid-lengths and ends.
- Wait 4 minutes and then style as usual.
- Add an additional 1-3 drops of K18 molecular repair oil to dry hair as a finishing touch.
*In case of extreme metal and mineral build up, process for up to 10 minutes, then proceed as directed.
**For best results, we recommend using the K18 chelator before each maintenance. If you are not using the K18 chelator, lightly dampen the hair with water (non-saturating) before applying K18 PRO hair mist. - K18 Molecular Repair Hair Mist Ingrdedients:
